What it does
Put the pages of a PDF in the right order. Drag them into place on a computer, or select pages and move them with the arrow buttons on a phone or with a keyboard. You can rotate or remove pages along the way, and open any page full size to check it. The new order is saved into a new PDF with the pages copied exactly as they were.
How to use it
- Click “Choose a PDF file”, drop a PDF onto the box, or paste with Ctrl+V (⌘+V on a Mac).
- Drag pages into their new place. On a phone, or with a keyboard, select pages and move them with the arrow buttons in the toolbar.
- Use the magnifier on a page to check its content full size.
- Click “Save PDF” and download the new file. Your original isn’t changed.
Common uses
- Fixing the page order of a document scanned in the wrong sequence
- Moving a signature page or summary to the front of a report
- Putting pages back in order after scanning the fronts and backs of double-sided sheets separately
Tips
- Select several pages to move them together; they keep their order as they move.
- Page numbers under the previews are the original positions, so you can always see where a page came from.
- If the order is badly mixed up, it can be faster to split the PDF into single pages and merge them back in the right order.
